Refund policy
We want you to love your jewelry from My Everyday Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags and packaging.
- All items in an order must be returned together in one package.
- The same delivery service used for the original shipment must be used for returns.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:
- Email support@myeverydayjewelry.com
- Include:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
Once we review your claim, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred resolution (refund or replacement). Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Return Process
- Email support@myeverydayjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Clearly mark your parcel as RETURN and include a receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
